Mediation Training and Experience
Acting Director of Clinical Programs at Univeristy of Idaho College of Law. More than 30 yrs experiencde as Idaho ADR provider, instructor, litigator and judge. Co-supervising attorney of the Univ of Idaho College of Law Mediation Clinic from 2009 to present. Served as mediator, arbitrator,evaluator,or factfinder in employment, personal injury, public-sector collective bargaining and family disputed. Have taught ADR courses for University School of Business and Economics, and Univ Studies Abroad Consortium (Costa Rica). Participated in many mediation, arbitration or megotiation traininig courses at Northwest Inst for Dispute Resolution and at Pepperdine Strauss Inst for Dispute Resolution. Served as magistrate judge of the Second Judicial District of Idaho.

As the Third Branch of Government, we provide access to justice through the timely, fair, and impartial resolution of cases.
