ADA and the Idaho Courts
The Idaho Courts are committed to ensuring equal access to and full participation in court programs, court services, and court activities for qualified individuals with disabilities. Each judicial district has a Trial Court Administrator who is responsible for initiating the interactive process once a request for reasonable accommodation has been made. For appellate cases, the Clerk of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals is responsible for initiating the interactive process.
