The Idaho Supreme Court has determined it will provide alternatives for 2020 law school graduates that are currently registered to take the Idaho State Bar examination in July. A letter from Chief Justice Burdick explaining the alternatives can be found at https://isc.idaho.gov/files/bar-exam.pdf. In addition, the Court has issued an emergency order addressing limited licenses to practice law which can be found here. For information on the exam being given in October please see the Idaho State Bar Association’s website.
