I have extensive experience as an attorney practicing family law including divorces, custody disputes, child support, contempt, guardianships, conservatorships, and termination of parental rights.  As a child custody mediator, I have experience negotiating resolutions to disputes.  I have also worked in law enforcement for over seven years as a police officer and investigator. Rate: $150/hour.  Willing to consider sliding fee or pro bono cases depending on the circumstances of each case.Areas willing to serve:  6th Judicial District, Bonneville, Bingham, Cassia, and Minidoka counties – subject to travel reimbursement.
