Since 1996 has conducted over 700 two-party and multi-party mediations and served as arbitrator in more than 50 cases involving insurance coverage, personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, product liability, premises liability, real estate, professional liability, securities fraud, commercial contracts, constitutional law, environmental natural resources, eminent domain, municipal law and public educational law. Special Attorney General on select matters for the Idaho Dept. of Corrections, Water Resources, Health & Welfare and Dept of Admin. Taught and attended more than 325 hours of ADR training. AAA Employment Arbitrator II Training, San Francisco (9/02); attended AAA Mediator Retreat, Denver (3/02); AAA Employment Arbitrator Training, New York (2/99); AAA Commercial Arbitrator Training, Salt Lake City (2/99); taught negotiation skills and mediation advocacy skills at Univ of Idaho; Straus Inst for Dispute Resolution; Pepperdine University School of Law. Also taught effective arbitration advocacy at NW Institute for Dispute Resolution at Univ of Idaho College of Law.
