- Personal injury and insurance law.
- I have not served as mediator. I have been an appointed arbitrator on approximately 10 cases in Washington. As a litigant, I arbitrate or mediate between 25 - 35 cases per year for the past 10 years.
- Tried approximately 38 jury trials in personal injury matters in the past 16 years.
- I have litigated both plaintiff and defense cases on all types of personal injury disputes.
