- Involved in numerous mediations on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. Attended seminars on mediation and have acted aas mediator on a few occasions.
- 3 yrs as Ada County Public Defender; approximately 25 yrs in personal injury litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants and approximately 30 yrs experience litigating workers compensation matters for both claimants and sureties.
- Served as Justice of the Peace in Latah County for 2 years.
