Experience and Specialties
- Criminal defense, commercial litigation and family law.
- Acted as mediator since approx 1980. Originally trained by Harbor View Med Center in Seattle, WA for neighborhood and civil dispute resolution. Continued mediation trainiing after law school. Served as mediator and arbitrator on federal court panels. Done extensive mediation work for Idaho State Bar. On Idaho's small Lawsuit Resolution since its inception.
- Dozens of criminal trials, most of which are felony trials. Limited jury trial experience and extensivve court civil trial experience, including significant experience in federal bankruptcy courts.
