Mediation/ADR; products liability, personal injury, early case resolution systems.
Extensive as it relates to complex products and personal injury cases. Have acted as mediation advocate in such cases some of which involved minor injuries, but many of which invoved multi-million dollar claims (TBL, parapalegia, spinal injuries, wrongful death, amputations.
More than 18 yrs nationwide experience as civil litigation attorney. Experience was gained primarily from legal work for Arctic Cat, Inc. in U.S. and Canada in products liability, product warranty, personal injury and dealer agreement litigation. Practiced law pro hac vice throughout U.S. and worked with attorneys, judges, investirgators and experts in over 40 states and in 6 Canadian provinces.
For past 15 years has been lead counsel in charge of early case evaluation and mediation advocate for Arctic Cat, Inc. as that work related to minor catastrophic vehicle injury claims and litigation.
