- Litigation for 25 years, mostly insurance defense but also significant number of plaintiff cases. Focus on insurance coverage, both from plaintiff perspective and insurers.
- Mediate and settle almost all of my cases. Have been SLRA evaluator in 2 cases.
- Hundreds of cases, mostof which settled. 15 to 20 jury trials and 10 court trials.
As the Third Branch of Government, we provide access to justice through the timely, fair, and impartial resolution of cases.
