J.D. - Seattle Univ School of Law (1995); B.S. Brigham Young Vniversity (1992). Completed two-year clerkship with 8th Judicial District Judges Winmill and N. Randy Smith. As law clerk researched and drafted court opinions, advised the court on the matter of law, prepard jury instructions, attended trials and hearings.

- Maintain a broad-based litigation practice in both state and federal courts defending various clients in jury trials and workers' compensation hearings.
- Presided as evaluator over claims brought under the Idaho Small Lawsuit Resolution Act.
