Experience and Specialties
- Civil litigation and general practice inclluding personal injury, employment, business, estate planning, probate, guardianships and adoptions.
- Participatedin ADR proceedings since the early 1990's as atttorney for litigants. Obtained civil and family law mediator training.
- Firs 10 years of practice primarily in insurance defense (commercial, bad faith, products liability and personal injury). SInce 2000 have prosecuted and defended civil cases in the above areas.
- Admitted to Utah Bar 1989 and Idaho in 1991. SInce then have engaged in civil law and litigation practice including disputes in insurance claims, personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, employment business, construction, real property, contracts, probate, licensing and family law.
