$150 per hour; travel time at $75 per hour with mileage at rate set by State of Idaho, plus reimburement of actual costsof meals, lodging, transportation

- Dispute resolution, commercial, personal injury andother civillitigations in state and federal courts.
- 27 years a a mediator and arbitrator. 10 years as a SLRA civil case evaluator
- Have represented plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of civil cases in all 7 of Idaho's judicial districts and also in California.
- Acted as district judge, first and fourth districts (1996-1998); magistrate judge in Clearwater County (1992-1999) and law professor at University of Idaho (1999-2013)
