- All levels of civil litigation, including but not limited to personal injury, construction, commercial matters, employment, domestic matters, contract, insurance, sales and leases, corporate/partnership/business entity disputes, real estate, negligence, estate matters and general business and personnel matters.
- Certified and active arbitrator since 1985. Certified and active mediator since 1990. Coonducted over 2,000 contested alternative dispute resolution hearings.
- Litigated civil cases since 1972
- Also served as court appointed referee, discovery master and private judge sniice 1986.
