- Have tried 70 - 80 cases and over 100 court trials for both plaintif and defendant. Personal injury, busiiness, employment, ADA, railroad as well as criminal and domestic cases.
- Have been a mediator for the past 7 years doing 8 to 10 mediations per year.
- Have tried cases in state and federal courts as well as tribal courts in the Fort Hall and Coeru d'Alene Reservations
- Extensive background in xivil litigation from both plaintiff and defense perspective.
