- General civil litigation practice involving business, commercial liability claims, personal injury claims. Represented both plaintiffs and defendants.
- Attended Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. Inivlved in mediation of cases since 1988 on regular basis, probably exceeding 100 cases. Acted as mediator in several cases and an arbitrator in approx 10. Listed on Idaho Supreme Court and U.S. District Court''s list of approved mediators.
- 36 years of experience working as plaintiff and defense attorney in personal injury and commercial litigation cases. Represented insurance companies, individuals and corporations in numerous types of litigation matters during entire span of practice. Tried approx 100 cases to verdict.
- Have been a member of Idaho Assn of Defense Counsel. Also a member of the Inns of Court, 6th Judicial District. In my practice I have been asked to evaluate cases by clients for the purpose of determining their value. This includes discussions with local attorneys regarding cases a well as attorneys from out of area and out of state. Also iinvolves jury verdict research.
