5th Judicial District Mental Health Clinician (Twin Falls County)

5th Judicial District Family Court Services is looking for a Mental Health Clinician to provide various clinical services including forensic assessments and evaluations for parents with a pending court case. The clinician will serve as an expert witness to provide information to family law judges for high-conflict custody and divorce cases. Judicial Staff Attorney- Nez Perce County

The Nez Perce County District Court is accepting applications for a Judicial Staff Attorney. This full-time, exempt position is paid $64,958-$76,413 annually, and will receive exceptional NPC employee benefits including: PERSI retirement, excellent medical/vision/dental insurance, and generous vacation/sick/holiday leave. Staff Attorney/Law Clerk - Bonneville County

Performs a variety of legal work, including researching, preparing drafts of legal memoranda, and assists a District Court Judge in preparing for and effectively handling the legal issues before the court. 

Distinguishing Features of the Class: A Law Clerk performs advanced legal work under the close supervision of a judge and has not yet passed the Idaho State Bar exam. A Staff Attorney is distinguished from a Law Clerk by having passed the Idaho State Bar exam and is required to be a member in good standing of the Idaho State Bar.
