Idaho Criminal Rule 3.1. Idaho Uniform Citation
Any misdemeanor may be charged and prosecuted by an Idaho Uniform Citation (Summons and Complaint) as provided in the Misdemeanor Criminal Rules (M.C.R.).
(Adopted February 22, 2017, effective July 1, 2017.)
