Idaho’s courts have a very specific calling: to deliver the promises in the Idaho Constitution regarding courts of justice based on the rule of law, not on political or public preferences. 

January 10, 2023 - Supreme Court Publishes Annual Report; Chief Justice to Speak Jan. 18

The Idaho Supreme Court has published its 2023 annual report, offering information on the projects and priorities of the Judicial Branch. On Jan. 18, Chief Justice G. Richard Bevan will expand further on the work of the courts in his annual State of the Judiciary address.

January 6, 2023 - Supreme Court Will End Emergency Order, Continue Remote Proceedings

The Idaho Supreme Court’s current COVID-19 emergency order will be rescinded as of April 1, 2023, the Court ordered today. Current measures governing remote court proceedings will continue while the Court assesses potential long-term changes to court rules on the topic.
