Idaho’s Judicial Districts Launch New Websites

Idaho’s judicial districts have launched new public websites today as part of efforts to modernize how court information is presented across this state’s unified court system.

The state courts are organized into seven districts, each covering multiple counties. Each district has its own administrative leadership, and each has specific local rules, forms or services of interest to court users.

The new websites offer a more streamlined way to access information about local courts. Key features include:

• Streamlined navigation to help users locate district services and information.

• Plain-language explanations of local court processes and procedures.

• Improved access to self-help tools and commonly requested resources.

• Mobile-friendly layouts for easier use on phones and tablets.

• Modern, consistent design that helps confirm each site is an official Judicial Branch source.

“Whether you are searching for a courthouse or have questions about local court services, we know Idahoans need straightforward information about their courts. These sites are an example of how we continually work to provide a more clear, accessible court experience,” said Alayne Bean, trial court administrator for Idaho’s Seventh Judicial District.

The new district sites can be found linked from the Idaho Supreme Court’s website. Users who have bookmarked a district’s previous site may need to update that bookmark.
