News Release
The Fifth Judicial District Magistrates Commission is currently recruiting for two (2) Magistrate Judge positions to fill the vacancies created by the retirement of the Honorable Casey U. Robinson in Gooding County and the Honorable Thomas D. Kershaw, Jr. in Twin Falls County. These positions will be chambered at the Gooding County Courthouse and the Twin Falls County Court Facility, respectively.

Compiled Records
What are Complied Records? Compiled records are “Compiled Information. Any member of the public may request copies of existing compiled information that consists solely of information that is not exempt from disclosure. Case management reports and information shall be exempt from disclosure until final approval by the Supreme Court of the advancing justice time standards. In addition, the Supreme Court may compile and provide the information if it determines, in its discretion, that the resources are available to compile the information and that it is an appropriate use of public resources. The Supreme Court may delegate to its staff the authority to make the initial determination as to whether to provide the compiled information.
