New Judicial Branch Website Prioritizes Access, Services
The Idaho Supreme Court has revamped its online presence at isc.idaho.gov, making it simpler to find court information, access services, and understand how Idaho’s courts operate.
The new website, launched this week, offers a more user-friendly experience with improved navigation and plain-language explanations of court services. The redesign focuses on accessibility, clarity and consistency, and reflects users’ needs for the site.
As before, the website offers information on Idaho’s Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, opinions issued by those courts, statewide court rules and various programs and services across the state court system. The new site includes an emphasis on services for self-represented litigants and on accessing data and information from courts across the state.
“Our goal is to make the Judicial Branch more accessible and understandable for everyone,” Chief Justice G. Richard Bevan said. “Our websites are often the first place people go for information about our courts. Whether someone is looking for forms, information about a case, or simply trying to understand a court process, this site is designed to help them quickly find what they need.”
