Idaho Courts to be Open July 2 & 6
Idaho state courts will be open for business Thursday, July 2, and Monday, July 6, though other parts of state government may be closed.
Non-essential offices for many parts of state government will be closed additional days around planned America250 celebrations. As essential services, courts will remain open those days to avoid disruptions to the justice system or to Idahoans with scheduled court business, Chief Justice G. Richard Bevan announced.
“Two and a half centuries later, America’s rule of law and independent, impartial courts remain one of the most inspiring innovations of our country,” Chief Justice Bevan said. “We join in celebrating that history while ensuring our services are available for members of the public who need them.”
