Scanning & Printing Resources

The Court Assistance Office reviews forms submitted as PDF files and cannot accept images or photographs of forms.

This page explains your options for completing and returning forms, whether you fill them out electronically and email them back or print them, complete them by hand, and scan them in.

You will also find places in the community where you can print or scan documents free or at low cost, including the courthouse and local libraries, and a list of phone apps that convert photographs of your forms into PDF files, with the cost and supported devices for each.

Scanning & Printing Resources

  1. 1
    Download Forms
Fill Them Out Electronically, & Email Them Back For Review: If you have access to a computer and a PDF program such as Adobe, you can request fillable forms from the Court Assistance Office. Once downloaded you would fill the forms out on a computer, save them, and simply email them back to me.
  2. 2
Print The Forms, Fill Them Out By Hand, Scan Them, & Email Them Back For Review
Once you have printed and filled out your forms by hand, you would then scan them in (please see the list of scanning resources below), and email them back to me for review.
  3. 3
Print The Forms, Fill Them Out By Hand, Setup An Appointment With Me For Review
In-Person Appointments are limited as we are a remote office. However, reach out to me (see contact info above) and I am happy to setup a time to meet with you. Bannock County Appointments are made every Wednesday.
