The Sixth District Court serves Bannock, Bear Lake, Caribou, Franklin, Oneida, and Power Counties, providing equal access to justice, promoting excellence in service, and increasing the public’s trust and confidence in the Idaho courts.
The records request information page will guide you through obtaining court records. Because records are held by the county where the case was filed, please file your request to that county’s office.
