Legal Training and Experience
I have a diverse background with over 25 years of litigation experience. My current practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and business ownership disputes. I also have prior experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, and other personal injury cases. From 2019 to 2025, I served as a magistrate judge with a specialized criminal docket, the Ada County Domestic Violence Court. I also served as a family law judge. In addition, I have served as a law clerk for a combined seven years and for seven different judges at the Idaho federal trial courts and the Idaho Supreme Court.
Mediation Training and Experience
I mediated cases as a family law judge. In addition, as a practicing attorney, I have had experience mediating my clients' civil cases. My mediation training includes over 50 hours through: the Idaho Mediation Association, the Idaho State Bar, and the Northwest Institute for Dispute Resolution.
