    ABA Commission on Law and Aging has the mission to strengthen and secure the legal rights, dignity, autonomy, quality of life, and quality of care of elders.
     
  • The Center for Guardianship Certification [7]
    The Center for Guardianship Certification provides a comprehensive guardian certification program  and develops and administers a credentialing process for guardians, addressed issues related to renewal, suspension and revocation of credentials for guardians, and encourages, supports, and fosters best practices in the provision of quality guardianship services.

    Disability Rights of Idaho is a non-profit, advocacy agency serving people with disabilities in Idaho.

 

  • Idaho Commission on Aging 
     [9]Idaho Commission on Aging serves Idaho’s seniors, people with disabilities, and their caregivers by safeguarding their rights, fostering self-sufficiency, providing counseling, and advocating on their behalf.

    Idaho Legal Aid Services is a non-profit Idaho law firm and community education organization that, among many services, provides a Senior Legal Hotline and the Idaho Senior Legal Guidebook.

    Help for court-appointed conservators in Idaho.
     
  • National Guardianship Association [12]  
    National Guardianship Association has the mission to advance the nationally recognized standard of excellence in guardianship. 
     
  • The Center for Elders and the Courts [13] 
    The Center for Elders and the Courts serves as a resource for the judiciary and court management on issues related to aging. The center strives to increase judicial awareness of issues related to aging, provide training tools and resources to improve court responses to elder abuse and adult guardianships, and develop a collaborative community of judges, courts staff, and aging experts.
