The Idaho Judicial Branch has learned of an e-mail scam where recipients are receiving a pretrial notice regarding a court complaint. The public should be aware that the e-mails are not coming from the Idaho Judicial Branch or the Idaho Appellate Courts, and they should not open the e-mail, do not click the link enclosed, or respond. In general, the public will not be contacted by the Idaho State Judiciary for official business by email and we do not summon people to court electronically.
