Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 84(s).  Listening to, Watching or Copying Recording Tapes.

Any party to a proceeding before an agency that is subject to judicial review by the district court may listen to, watch or copy any recording of the proceedings before the agency under such rules and for such fees as prescribed by statute, rule, ordinance or other provision setting forth such a fee.  If no fees are prescribed, the district court may set a reasonable fee if the parties and the agency are unable to agree on a fee.
