Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 84(c).  Cross-Petitions for Judicial Review.

Unless otherwise provided by statute, when a petition for judicial review is filed, any party or other person with a right to participate in the judicial review may cross-petition for judicial review within fourteen (14) days from the date the party or other person is served with a copy of the petition for judicial review or within the time prescribed for initially petitioning for judicial review, whichever is later.
