Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 83(t). Motions.

All motions on appeal shall be filed with the district court, except those expressly required to be filed in the trial court, and served upon the parties in the same manner as motions before a trial court under these rules. All motions must be accompanied with a brief in support thereof. The opposing party shall have 14 days from service to file a response or reply brief and the motion shall be determined without oral argument unless ordered by the court.
