\tWith respect to the plaintiff’s claim for tortious interference with contract, the plaintiff has the burden of proving each of the following propositions:
\t(1) The plaintiff was a party to an existing contract;
\t(2) The defendant knew of the contract;
\t(3) The defendant intentionally interfered with the contract, causing a breach;
\t(4) The plaintiff was damaged as a proximate result of the defendant’s interference; and
\t(5) The nature and extent of damage, and the amount thereof.
