\tOn retiring to the jury room, select one of your number as a foreman, who will preside over your deliberations.
\tAppropriate forms of verdict will be submitted to you with any instructions. Use only the ones conforming to your conclusions and return the others unused.
\tA verdict may be reached by three-fourths of your number, or nine of you. If your verdict is unanimous, your foreman alone will sign it; but if nine or more, but less than the entire jury, agree, then those so agreeing will sign the verdict.
\tAs soon as you have completed and signed the verdict, you will notify the bailiff, who will then return you into open court.
