Boise, ID – Ada County Magistrate Judge Russell Comstock and Linda Wright, the Trial Court Administrator for the Fifth Judicial District were honored with Idaho’s top judiciary service awards Monday night. The awards were presented during the annual Idaho Judicial Conference.
