Idaho Rules of Civil Procedures Rule 84(o).  Motions.

All motions shall be filed with the district court, except those expressly required to be filed before the agency, and shall be served upon the parties in the same manner as motions before the district court.  All motions must be accompanied with a supporting memorandum or brief.  The opposing party shall have fourteen (14) days from the service to file a response or reply brief.  The motion shall be determined without oral argument unless ordered by the court.
