Promoting respectful, collaborative, timely problem solving of all family court cases.

Coordinated Family Court Services (FCS) has been established statewide to support Idaho Courts in an effective response to parties that are divorcing, modifying child custody and establishing parenting arrangements for their children.  FCS supports the use of non-adversarial methods of dispute resolution and offers many services such as divorce and parenting/custody related information to parties including information about children’s needs during and after divorce, child custody mediation, assistance with parenting plan agreements, supervised access, effective co-parenting education and many other services such as resources and referrals to parenting evaluators, drug and alcohol evaluations, specialized treatment providers, mental health counselors for children and families, etc.  FCS staff is knowledgeable about community resources and services in your area.

Anyone seeking to file for divorce, custody, child support, or a modification of custody or child support can obtain the instructions and court documents at their local county courthouse or on-line at the Court Assistance Office.
