Honorable George R. Reinhardt, III, of the Death Penalty Review and Recommendation Committee having indicated his desire to be released from those duties and the Honorable Roger S. Burdick, Chair of that Committee, having recommended that Honorable Lansing Haynes fill the vacant position; and the Court having approved the same;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Honorable Lansing Haynes is hereby appointed to the Death Penalty Review and Recommendation Committee and the Honorable George R. Reinhardt, III, is released from that Committee pursuant to his request.
